Pepijn aaeae12f8f docs: move constructor Args onto the class docstring
doc-builder renders a class from its class docstring and never reads
`__init__.__doc__`, so an `Args:` block written there is dropped from the page.
The parameter still appears in the rendered signature, just with nothing beside
it. On the robots page that was 16 of 32 classes showing a bare `config`
argument with no description; it is now 32 of 32.

`__init__` is left with no docstring, and D107 is disabled repo-wide to match.
That is the same reasoning already applied to D100 and D104 in this config: the
rule asks for a docstring in a place that appears on no rendered page. Keeping
a summary line there purely to satisfy the linter would have meant 22 stubs
that nothing ever reads.

Moving the blocks up also puts them under the gate. An `Args:` block on the
class is checked against `inspect.signature(cls)` by `make check-docstrings`,
which resolves `__init__`; the same block on `__init__` itself is checked by
nothing. That immediately surfaced two defects invisible before the move:
`EarthRoverMiniPlus` documented `config` with no type at all, and
`WeightedMovingFilter` documented `weights` with no type.

Two corrections to the standard, both found by the checker disagreeing with it:
`writing_docstrings.mdx` showed a numeric default as ``defaults to `30.0` ``,
but `stringify_default` leaves numbers bare and backticks everything else, so
the documented example did not match what the gate accepts. The rule is now
stated explicitly. The page also gains the `__init__` pattern as a fourth
worked example, since nothing recorded where constructor parameters go.
