ci(vlabench): point Docker build at HF Hub asset mirror

Browse Source 
Pass VLABENCH_ASSETS_REPO=lerobot/vlabench-assets so the image pulls
mesh + scene assets from HF Hub (reliable) instead of hitting Google
Drive quotas.
