ci(libero-plus): drop redundant hf auth login step

Browse Source 
The standalone login step ran `hf auth login` in a throwaway
`docker run --rm` container, so no credentials persisted. Auth is
already performed inside the eval step's container. Removing the
redundant step per PR #3313 review feedback.
